A sweeping overview, expenditure on health has risen steadily while education has been declining at the end of the timeframe and road and railway has fluctuated.
Starting at 5% in 2000, the percentage of education surged to roughly 7% in 2005 and stayed in the highest position in the first 5 years. After increasing, this figure rose moderately to exactly 7% in 2010. There has been a dramatic decrease from 2010 to 2025, in 2025 it has been anticipated with 4%, it would be 1% lower than at the beginning. Whereas, the percentage of expenditure for health has not fluctuated, it accounted for 4% in 2000 and then has escalated to more than 7% in 2025, it would be 3% higher than at the beginning.
Starting at the same percentage with health, the road and railway group accounted for 4% in 2000, followed by a decrease in 2005 with approximately 3.5%.
