Regarding health, only this sector experienced increase during the given period of time. In 1990, the government expenditure in health about 4.2%. In this year, it was the most bottom position. However, during the period spending money in health saw a significant increase. By 2025 year, 7.2% of government funds spent in this sector.
The percentages of state funds allocated to roads & railways and education decreased noticeable. In initial year, former field was shown equal result as health. During the period, expenditure GDP in road & railways experienced fluctuation and the last year about 3.8% of GDP spent in this field. In 1995, the government spent 5% money in education. This result increased and reach its peak with 7% in 2010, whereas after that figure saw a significant decline and showed about 4.2% in 2025.
