In contrast , both 2534 and 35-49 age group stood at around 38-39% in 1980 . Over the next ten years , Both figure dropped significantly to nearly 30% ( lowest rate during most of the period ) . Then , both age group increased significantly , to nearly 40% ( 25-34 age group ) and around 37% ( 35-49 age group ) in 1995 . Over the following fifteen years , both figure maintained relative stability .
