Regarding the Website and TV, these two methods started at almost the same percentage at just under 80% in 2012. In 2013, both ways increased slightly to 80%. After that, Website remained relatively stable, while the proportion of TV witnessed a small decline to 72% by the end of the period.
On the other hand, the percentage of Social Media doubled, starting at just 20% in 2012 and it rose significantly to 40% by 2015. Additionally, the number of printed materials started at approximately 37%, rose sharply to 50% by 2013, and then decreased rapidly to 25% by 2015.
