The graph illustrates the percentage of unemployment rates between March, 1993 and March, 1999 in United Stated and Japan. The US line chart shows the percentage of work force had steadily fell and the line chart of Japan was slightly grew. In general, both of them reached in same percentage in end.
As can be seen in line chart of US, in the beginning at March, 1993, unemployment rates was 7 percent which is the highest rate. The rates of employment with fluctuation had partially declined. At the end the percentage of work force in this country was 5 that it is a decrease around 30 percent in March, 1993.
In opposite, In Japan line chart, the percentage of work force had continuously risen. The line chart illustrates in March, 1998, it is a peak at 5 percent and after that, figures had smoothly fallen and stop.
It is clear that, Japan and US, accessed a same rate in 1999 but the US reaction is more better than Japan and it could decreased and controlled the unemployment rates.
