The line graph gives information about the number of enquiries received by the tourist information office of a specific city in the year 2011 from January to June.
It is clear that, the enquiries depicted different patterns. Complaints received in-person or by telephone fluctuated alot before reaching the peak. however, those received through letter or by email showed a downward trend.
in the month of january, complaints received via phone were the highest around 900 while in-person was at least just slightly above 400. In-person enquiries doubled by the month of march, to 800, however, by phone increased by 100. In the fourth month, phone complaints levelled off at 1000 before reaching the peak by june to 1600. Conversely, by call complaints gradually increased and started leading the charge by the 6th month and reached approximately 1900.
On the other hand, complaints via email or letter were just below 800 in the first month, however it decreased slightly to around 700 by march, before falling to just below 400 in june.
