The line graph illustrates the amount of junk food types ate by young Australian between 1975 and 2000. Overall, it can be observed that Pizza consumption increased significantly. Similarly, there is a great surge in hamburger. While, Fish and chip usage observed a rapid decline in the given period.
With respect to Pizza, the number of times Australians consumed stood at about 4 times per year, after which the figure experienced dramatic rise to almost 30 times after 10 years. the upward trend continued for the next ten years, which reached to over 80 times annually. Then, the figure remained Static till 2000. Similarly, It was almost 10 times in 12 months at the the beginning. After which the number of hamburger eaten increased abruptly to over 80 times by 1985. Then, a moderate surge can be observed till 1990 which was accounted for 100 times and there was no change in the number of hamburger Consumed by Australian youth till the end.
On the other hand, the number of fish and Chips taken accounted for 100. then a sharp decline can be observed in the figure which reduced to almost 80 times by 1980, and 90 times in 1985. After which the figure experienced a unexpected decline till 2000, which went down to almost 40 meals annually.
