Overall, it is evident that The Pizza House and The Taj Mahal experienced significant growth in their earnings, whereas The Grosvenor saw a steep decline and ended the year as the least profitable restaurant. The Old Hall, on the other hand, showed a gradual but steady increase in income.
At the beginning of the year, The Grosvenor was the leading restaurant, earning about £160,000, while The Pizza House and The Taj Mahal had much lower profits at around £50,000 and £25,000 respectively. However, The Grosvenor’s income fluctuated noticeably over the following months and then fell sharply from October onwards, reaching only £50,000 by December.
The Pizza House showed a strong upward trend overall. Its profits doubled by mid-year, reaching £100,000 in July, before a brief dip in August and September. Nevertheless, it surged dramatically towards the end of the year, peaking at roughly £180,000 in December, overtaking all other restaurants. The Old Hall started at £100,000, remained relatively stable until August, and then rose gradually to about £140,000 by December. Meanwhile, The Taj Mahal’s earnings grew consistently throughout the year, climbing from £25,000 in January to £120,000 in the final month.
