The process chart illustrates about the steps involved in the making of chocolate.
Overall, there are total 10 steps. The proces starts with the growing of chocolate pods on the cacao tree and ends with the production of chocolate.
As per given information the chocolate is obtained from cacao tree, which is group in South America,Africa and Indonesia. Once the pods are ripe and red,after that ,the pods are harvested and white cocoa beans are removed.In the next stage, the beans are fermented.Thereafter, the beans are spread on a large tray so they can dry under the sun.
Discussing the remaining data, in the fifth step,the beans are placed in large sacks. Then, they are transported by train or lorry to be delivered at the factory. Further, the beans are roasted at a temperature of 350°C.Nextly, the bears are crushed in a round spinner to remove its outer shell. At last, the inner part of the beans is pressed in a pressing machine to produce the chocolate.
