The pictures illustrate how chocolate is manufactured with regards of ten stages.
The processes commences when pods are grown in a special cocoa trees in two countries, namely in America, Africa and the country Indonesia. The next stage follows when harvested pods are gathered and white cocoa beans are removed. In the following stage of fermentation, beans are laid out on a tray where they are heated under the sun in order to be dried.
Next, the beans which were dried are placed into large sacks to be delivered to the factory with the help of train or trucks. When this stage is complete they will be roasted at a temperature of 350 degrees. When they reach their destination beans are crushed in a special machine where the outer shells are removed. The final stage ends when the inner part is pressed with the usage of two rollers in order to produce chocolate.
