The pictures illustrate whole of process chocolate from cacao tree to liquid chocolate. Beside the pictures, there are at least ten steps for making fluid chocolate.
First, cacao tree can found in S. America, Africa, and Indonesia. When cacao tree have ripe red pods this is beginning of produce chocolate. After pods has been harvested, the white cocoa beans are discovered inside the pod.
The third and four steps, beans have been fermented for several times and then for getting dry, it is being spread in sun. Afterwards in fifth steps, the dried beans have been put in to large sacks. Sixth steps is move sacks of beans using train or lorry to factory in step seven.
At the eighth step, beans are roasted with high temperature around 350 degrees celcius. Ninth step, beans were crushed by special tool and remove their outer shell.
Last step on produce chocolate is press inner part to produce liquid chocolate.
