Throughout the last 3 months of the year, the Amount Produced indicated a sharp decrease, with figures dropping to 0 in December. Following at a considerable distance, the Actual Demand experienced a moderate upward tendency, growing from 2000 million tonnes in January and reaching its highest point at 3000 million tonnes in March. Over the period from April to November, the data shows an unstable trend of the Actual Demand, with its plunging 0 in November. Finally, the Actual Demand exhibited a significant ascend, bouncing back to 2000 million tonnes by the end of this period.
Turning attention to the second chart, the number of workers witnessed a fluctuating trend during the first quarter of the year, embarking on 5000 thousand people in January, then reaching its peak at approximately 5500 thousand in February, and finally dropping to 3000 thousand in March. Despite minor fluctuations, the data of employees remained largely unchanged, staying close to 3000 thousand from April to July, then it went up to 3500 in August. Throughout the last quarter of the period, there was a downward trend in the number of workers employed, falling from nearly 3000 thousand people in September to 1000 thousand by the end of the period.
