The rate of owning mobile phones then surged to approximately 70% in the next five years before increasing significantly to around 95% in the last year. Similarly, the percentage of computers belonging to families increased dramatically to roughly 60% in 2005 and continuously went up to 95% in 2015. While tablets were virtually not used by families until about 2003. The percentage of tablets owned experienced a rise of roughly 20% in mid-2007 and then bounced to approximately 65% in 2010. This figure still went up and ended at just over 80% at the end of the period.
In terms of the last device, the proportion of MP3 players owned started at nearly 15% in the first year. This data increased moderately to around 25% in 2000 and climbed to over 40% in 2015.
