Overall its evident the enqurie in person increced dramatically over the period, while those send by email/letter decliend steadily, telephone enquries showed a moderate upward trend.
in january, in person enqurie were the lowest at about 400. however,this number rose steadily and reached to around 1200 in june, becoming the highest. Telephone enquries started about 800,then dropped slightly in february but then increased gradually to around 1100 in june.
on the other hand email and letter enquries began at 600 until march, then stuck to 400 in may, after slightily decliend in june around 250.
