Overall, there were changes in the proportions of visitors to the Art Gallery, Pavilion, Pier, and Festival. The Pavilion and the Pier increased, with the Pavilion increasing more sharply. In addition, both the Art Gallery and the Festival shared a similar pattern decreasing trends, with the Art Gallery dropping the most significantly.
Regarding increasing figure, in 1985, the Pavilion stood at 23% before dramatically grew and peaked at 50% in 1995. But after that it considerably dropped below 40% in 2000 and decline gradually to 30% in 2005. Morever, the Pier had the first point in 1980 as the lowest 10% of the 4 locations, then it increased and decreased in order of 15% in 1985 and nine percent in 1990. In addition, it increased by about 13% from nine to 22 in 2010.
Concerning decreading figure, the Art gallery saw an increase from a starting point of about 20% to almost 40% between 1980 and 1985. But then it dropped back to 20% as it was, and it saw a significant decrease to eight percent in 2010. In addition, the festival has a steady state of no significant change from the other three, starting at 30 percent in 1985 and going down slightly to 25% in 1995, from 1995 to 2000, it had a slight increase to 28% and started to stabilize at this point until 2010.
The Art Gallery and the Pier had a similar pattern in the early 1980s to 1990s. They both went up in 1985 and then down five years later. But after that, they became different. The Art Gallery kept going down, while the Pier gradually increased to 2010.
