Overall, The Great Britain fluctuated and remained almost at the same level during the period. Although France had the least amount of theft than other countries in 1990 , France and Canada ended up the period with the exactly same level.
As can be seen in the graph, Sweden had an upward trend during the period with a dump in between 1995 and 1996 while it plateaued from 1996 to 1998. The other countries remained almost at the same level.
Furthermore, France reached the same proportion of theft of Sweden for the first and the last time and outnumbered Canada between 1990 and 1991. Canada steadily and slowly increased between 1993 and 1999 while France fluctuated during this period. Then, they met at the same level. Great Britain went up between 1990 and 1992 before it decreased from 1992 to 1993. Apart from these, After it steadily increased from 1993 to 1996, there was an downward trend till the end of period.
