The given maps illustrate the transformation of a school from 1985 to the present day.
Overall, it is clear that the school has witnessed a significant transformation which has showed a wider range of educational facilities to accommodate the growing number of students.
Looking first at the bottom half of the layout, in 1985, most of this region was devoted to the playing fields, which have been shrunk to construct more school facilities, including a pool, a fitness center, and classrooms on the left-hand side. The classroomcluster on the opposite side has been upgraded from two to three storiesand a newly constructed classroombuilding has been introduced between the cluster and the playing field.
The remaining area has also experienced major alterations, with the most noticeable change occurring on the left-hand wing. The old library has been converted into a learning resources center, which is equipped with a computer room inside, while the adjacent car park and classroomblocks have been removed. Concurrently, the road that leadsfrom the playing field to the ring road surrounding the primary car park has been demolished to make room for green space. Only has the office situated to far-left corner remainunchanged.
