The maps give information about the changes that have taken place at a zoo in Australia from 1960 to the present.
Overall,it can clear that there were significant changes at a zoo, the most considerable changes were the construction of cable car,wild animals,and 2 entrances which are situated on the south and the north of the zoo.
To begin with,the harbour was relocated from the east to the west of zoo whereas, picnic area was in it’s original spot over the period of time.The cable car is constructed between picnic area and the seal show. Additionally, the ferry is located to the north of the zoo,and this is linked with pathway to the entrance which is located on the south of zoo.
Moreover, the gift shop is expanded more from that place people may purchase items for their relatives.While, the wild animals area is the northwest of the zoo, which was previously occupied by African animals area. The chimpanzee was converted into seal show which is linked with African animals area by a pathway.There is a seal show near which is African animals area in the middle of the zoo.There was a seal show and birds area near the harbor to the north of the map, but now they removed from the zoo and become unused area.
