The two maps show the current layout of a town called Northbridge and how it looked in 1995.
Overall, it is clear that this town has undergone significant changes, including the addition of accommodation, the elimination of fishinh port and the introduction of sport facilities.
Looking at the first picture in more detail, in 1995, houses could be found in the northwest of the town, wheares there was farmland in the northeast corner and a forest part to the south of it. Alonh to thr path which was along the sea, shops could be found on the north side, and opposite them was a fish market which was located in the back of the road and in front of the entrance via a fishing port. In the other side of shops, at the corner, was a hotel which was opposite a cafe.
Turning to the second map, it is convenient that more housing has been erected in the residential area along with a lengthened branch of the main road. Additionally, the farmland and forest park have been removed to make way for a golf course and tennis courts, while to the right of the hotel, a new car park has been constructed. To the south, the restaurants have been built where the shops once stood, the apartments have converted into a fish market, while the fishing port has eliminatwd and the cafe remains unchanged.
