Overall, what stands out from the maps is that there have been notable changes by adding housing, tennis and parking sections, while transforming from fish market and shop to restaurant and apartment at the bottom of the cite.

To begin with, housing sector which was located in the northern west of the area have been broadened, whereas farm land and forest park have been demolished to make space for golf and two tennis courts by cutting down the trees. Moreover, the road lied western part has been extended to the west.

Moving southwest, five shopping centers have been turned into restaurants, while fish markets have been completely altered to the residential buildings. Therefore, parking lot section has been constructed adjacent to the hotel which was southern east of the cite. The two main roads ran through the area, hotel and cafe have been kept unchanged, whereas fishing bort has been demolished from the sea.
