The given picture illustrates the way in which the layout of an office building will change for renovation purposes.
Looking at the illustration, it is immediately evident that some old features will still be there, whereas others such as some of the offices will be relocated. Additionally, the place will undergo number of dramatic changes in terms of facilities with the introduction of new features such as the meeting room, chairs, an outdoor seating area and a coffee machine.
There are currently two entrances that both face a toilet. Between the two entrances are four consecutive offices which sit adjacent to each other. In addition, there are green spaces on both the east and west side of the building. The northern side of the building contains three rooms: a kitchen for cooking utilities, a canteen for meals and finally a storeroom obviously for storage.
In the future, the place will experience some major changes in its facilities and room organization. The southern entrance is expected to be moved to the center of the side. Additionally, the offices are planned to be enlarged and two of them will be relocated to the northern side of the building, right next to the storeroom while the rest of the offices will be in each of the unoccupied corner. Moreover, the green area outside the building is also expected to be repurposed with its left side being replaced with an outdoor seating area and some chairs. The other side of the green spaces will also be taken over by a restroom, a meeting area, a coffee area for improved working quality and finally some chairs for seating.
