While one map provides information about the current block of a university campus, the other map shows the future changes of the campus.
Overall, the campus will become far more developed in terms of identical structures, with several new features uncovered across the area. Notably, while the academic buildings and bus stop remain in place, additional facilities such as a student center, parking, and new research centers will be added, particularly in areas that were previously covered with trees.
The current look of the campus is relatively simple and sparsely developed. A small cluster of academic buildings is located in the northeast close to the main gate, along the eastern boundary. Slightly further south, a parking area stands in the southern part of the area. Above the parking area, there are three academic buildings which are located at the bottom of the area covered with trees. The whole campus is surrounded by the main gate. At the bottom right corner of the area, there is a bus stop, above which there is a research center. These two places are surrounded by the west gate. In the northwest of the area, there is a library.
In the future, the campus will be extensively redeveloped. A parking area and a student center will be added at the top of the area. Below the parking, the library and parking area will occupy space originally used by the research center. The research center will be opposite the library. At the bottom of the area, a research center will be located next to a child care center. On the northern side, a parking area will be added.
