The map illustrate a number of proposed changes that are projected to take place in a housing estate over the forecast period.
Overall the area underwent significant expansion, primarily characterized by the introduction of flower garden, tennis courts and lake. These macro-development effectively reshaped the landscape, with several existing features being replaced or located, often at the expense of nature green spaces and forestry.
Regarding the western and central areas, major changes are proposed. The large woodland of 6000 trees will be mostly cleared, with only 250 trees left in the northeast. A lake is planned in the northwest and a flower garden in the center. The current four-bedroom houses will also be replaced by more one, two, and three-bedroom houses built in denser clusters.
Turning to the eastern part of the estate, further developments are planned. A new private road is projected to be constructed on the eastern side, extending from the main road toward the southern boundary. Adjacent to this road, tennis courts are scheduled to be built in the northeast corner. In addition, areas of parkland are expected to be introduced in the south and around the new residential clusters, replacing some existing trees. In stark contrast to these modifications, the main road running along the northern edge of the estate is set to remain completely unchanged throughout the proposed development period.
