The diagrams illustrate a housing estate now and its proposed changes in the future.
Overall, the area will undergo significant redevelopment with the construction of a new private road, tennis courts and flower garden. The most noticeable changes will be the removal of trees and the shift from four-bedroom houses to less than three bedrooms houses.
The main road located in the north will remain unchanged, whereas the private road will be reconstructed. In the future, there will be a new private road which surrounds the woodland and goes towards a flower garden which will be added to the south.
There will be a significant decline in the number of trees from 6000 to 250. Housing will be constructed mainly to the south, located around the flower garden to make space for a new lake and tennis courts in the north. The number of houses will increase significantly due to the smaller scale of houses which will be less than three bedrooms rather than four in the past. Parkland will be added in the northeast of the lake, in the southeast of the tennis courts and also at the bottom of the map. As a result of demolishing a number of trees, there will be more amenities and infrastructure.
