Overall, it can be clearly seen that there are some main changes that have altered the science park, whichare the establishment of research and development, the extension of cybersecurity, and the improvement of public transportation infrastructures.

Beginning by looking at the northern end of the park, in 2008, there was empty land that has been now replaced with a research and development center. The reception area has been removed in favor of a university hub, while neighboring offices have remained the same.South of the new facilities, the car park has been reduced in size, the business units are unchanged and the most significant replacement was the cyber security. Building has been enlarged, overtaking previously undeveloped land as well as part of the road.

In the southern section of the park, the circular IT center has been transformed into an innovation center and there is a new train station at the southernmost point, with walkways branching off to various facilities. Finally, there are additional biking routes along an eastern road and running through the centre of the park, past the car park and along the main road, as well as a bus stop on the eastern side of the campus
