The two maps depict the present layout of a town and the proposed changes for future development.
Overall, the proposal aims to enhance infrastructure by adding a new industrial estate, expanding the roundabout, and introducing a new road system.
Currently, the town center is located in the southeast, surrounded by a build-up area and a ring road. The main access road, the A2, runs north-south, intersecting with a roundabout. To the west, a gas station is located near the roundabout, while an airfield occupies the northern part. A railway runs parallel to the A2 and passes through the build-up area.
In the proposed plan, the airfield will be replaced by an industrial estate. Additionally, the roundabout will be enlarged, and a new road, the A4, will be constructed to provide better access to the town center from the southeast. The gas station remains in the same place, while the railway also remains unaffected, though road access around the town is notably improved.
