In 2009, there was a lake in the centre of Darwin with other facilities surrounding it. Specifically, convention center is located to the North of the lake and 2 swimmming pools to the East of the lake, facing the school. There was a fishing area situated in the North-Eastern corner of the waterfront area. In addition, an idustrial area is next to the lake that surrounded by tree and one is sited in the South-Western corner. There were 3 buildings located between 2 these idustrial area.
In the next 5 years, a swimming pool was constructed in the middle of this place, replacing an industrial area. To the South-Western corner of Darwin, a number of residential buildings were doubled; from 3 to 6. An university was built next to this residential area and many trees were planted, making contribute to clean atmosphere of the place. There was a road running between many trees to the harbour. Besides, a wide range of facilities remained unchanged, including school, converntion center, lake, fishing area, 2 Eastern swimming pools
