Upon closer inspection of the layouts, there were a number of retained features with the southern entrance immediately facing the desk of librarians and stairs located on the south-east corner. However, on the left-hand side, different sections of books about fiction, kitchen, economics and law were added to those of history and self help.
Additionally, the 8 tables in the central area in 2001 were replaced by the 4 longer ones after 8 years, which were also accompanied by a playground for kids to the north.
