The given maps illustrate a transform plan of the industrial area to an accomodation area in near future.
Overall, it can be observed that all facilities for the industry are going to be replaced by those for living purposes, but the acreage will remain the same. The majority of buildings in the area are currently on the Southern side; however, that is going to changed in the future when most houses will be built on the Northen side.
In the present, all of the six offices stay with a canteen close to the main road on the Northen side of the area, opposite to the entrance and reception space. On the left side of the map, there are two buildings that work together which are packing and storage area; and on the other side, there is a factory, which took larger space than both of them combined.
In the future, it is planned that houses will be constructed from the Western to the Northen side of the area, which accordingly vary from 4 bedrooms to 2 bedrooms types. On the right side of the map, there will be a parking area, alongside with it is an apartment, another accomodative space. To ensure people’s health and social interactions, communal gardens will be built in the middle of the area to help keeping people in touch.
