Overall, it has undergone significant modernization. It includes many new facilities such as a tennis court, a golf court, restaurants, café and a large apartment block, enhancing the coastal town.

In the northern part of a coastal town, the row of residental buildings remained unchanged. A new road was built, and two new houses were added. On the right side of the town, the farmland was replaced by a golf court and was expanded to include a tennis court.

In the southem part of a coastal town more changes took place compared to the nothern area. The hotel wos still maintained. Adjacent to it, a car park was constructed, making the area more convenient and meeting people’s needs. The row of shops were converted into modern restaurants, and the fish market was removed and replaced by a modern apartment block. The fishing parl disappeared, while the café remained unchanged.
