The pictures show the layout of the library in 2000 and its current layout today.
Overall, the library has become more developed over time, with the addition of several new facilities, particularly for cafe and seating areas. Notably, the library infrastructure has been greatly improved providing better access to the area’s amenities.
In 2000, the library consisted of several sections. In the centre, there were areas dedicated to art, hobbies, and cookery. Along the left-hand side, the travel section, new books and service desk were located. Additionally, the non-fiction section occupied the bottom-left corner, while the fiction section was situated on the opposite side.
However, significant changes have been made to the layout of this area since then. The most notable development is the introduction of three new sections dedicated to art, hobbies and cookery, which are now situated along the top of the library. Meanwhile, the fiction section has been relocatedto the upper-right corner, adjacent to the non-fiction section. Furthermore, a cafe and seating areas have been added to provide visitors with a place to relax.
