Overview, USA has employed men as employee mostly in both years. While USA employed the largest number of women in 1970. Reversely, women were employed leastly in Japan and Belgium by 1970 and 2020 respectively.
In 1970 , the most employed men around 87 percent was in USA, followed by Indonesia, Belgium, Japan. On the other hand, Japan employed women slightly around 55 percent, subsquently Belgium, Indonesia and USA.
30 years later, USA was employed men for 80 percent which was the largest, followed by Indonesia, Japan and Belgium which was few similar to 1970. Whereas, Indonesia employed women for 50 percent , subceeded by Japan, USA and Belgium.
