Overall, in the time period given, most people spent most of their time working, while the time spent for commuting to work were getting higher in the latter year.
In 1958, people allocated 33% of their time for working, almost similar to that for sleeping at just 1% under that percentage. In this year, people had almost a fifth of their time to go with friend or family, while they were only have 8% to relax at home. 50 years later, people were allocating more time (40%) for working and had less time for sleeping at exactly 6 hours a day. Consequently, not only they had 4% more time for relaxing at home, but also they had to spend more time commuting to work (8%) compared to that in 1958.
