Finland experienced a fluctuation and reached about 23 in the end. Followed by Denmark, it started with just 15 and it exhibited a similar tendency with Finland and its usage grew to about 17 in 2011. France and Germany, both showed the same figures over the period, former started with about 8 and latter with 5 in 1971. However, the disparity between them decreased and France used 15 renewable energy and Germany utilized about 14 in 2011.
With regards to the US and the UK, they began with similar usage at the beginning (the US-3, and the UK-1).
