The diagrams give information about the use of water classified into three different categories namely residential, industry, and agriculture in San Diego, California, and Worldwide, measured in percentage.
As for residential water usage, San Diego leads the pack with 60%. Having 21% less demand than the top water consumption source, California accounts for 29%. Water used on a worldwide scale demands 8% of the total.
Regarding Industrial water utilization, California tops the list with 33%. San Diego and the rest of the world, rank second, each constituting 23% of the total.
Agricultural irrigation had a solid domination of other categories in other parts of the world where the number tripled for two different countries with 69%. California accounted for 33%. San Diego recorded its allocation with a 10% difference from the latter nation.
Upon closer inspection of the bars, it is clear that water usage purposes in the two mentioned countries were dominated by residential, whereas the rest of the world was occupied with agriculture.
