Furthermore, the most popular treatment for toxic waste in Sweden and the UK is to buried them underground, whereas, the republic of Korea mainly recycle the waste.
In the UK, trash that are dumped into the ocean share an equal proportion as waste that are chemically treated (8%) while only 2% of the toxic watse are incinerated. In contrast, burying dangerous waste underground takes up the majority of the pie with 82%.
On the other hand, recycling waste accounts for nearly 70% as the most frequent method being used, whereas, in Sweden more than half of the waste are placed underground. Aditionally, burning waste accounts for a of 20% percent in Sweden and under 10% in Korea.
