To begin with, the highest percentage reason for a person on the streets is loss of accommodation with 34%,coming after it relation breakdowns with 24% these two reasons together make up more than 50% of why many people are homeless nowadays. Loss of tenancy is another difficulty that causes a person or family to become homeless scoring about 9% of the population in the United Kingdom.
Lastly, we have problems like mortgage/ rent arrears with of 9%. Comparing both mortgage, and loss of tenancy with loss of accommodation, and relationship breakdowns, we can find that both finding a place to live and relationships are one of the biggest fears for a human that might cause homelessness. With a 19 precent percent of the population have has other problems.
