The two pie charts provide information about the proportions of various energy sources contributing to total energy production in 2007 in Omland and Dolphus.
In general, Omland relied most heavily on nuclear power and least on wind power. In contrast, Dolphus depended most heavily on hydro power and least on nuclear and oil-fired power.
As for Omland, nuclear accounted for a substantial proportion of the total power generation, with 45% production. This was followed by oil-fired, which made up almost one fifth of the total, at 16%. In addition, coal-fired and hydro power shared the same percentage, each with 14% production. The least proportion was recorded in wind power, which contributed over one tenth of the total, at 11%.
As for Dolphus, the dominant source was hydro power, comprising over half of the total generation, with 52% production. The second most energy source was wind power, at 15%. This was followed by coal-fired, which represented 13%. Finally, nuclear and oil-fired shared the same least percentage, at 10%.
