The pie charts give information about power generation broken down into separate types in France in two different years, namely 1995 and 2005.
All types of power generation experienced an upward trend except for petro which witnessed an opposite trend. Additionally, petro indicated the biggest change over the given period.
Looking into more details, petro constituted well over a quarter(29.27%) of energy production in 1995.After which, it collapsed comprising 19,55% in 2005.Turning to gas, it stood at 29,63% initially.At which point, it increased slightly by 0.68% in the next decade. Coal accounted for 29.8% of the total in 1995 and it climbed making up 30.93% in 2005.6.4% of the total belonged to nuclear in 1995 and it rose marginally to a tenth (10%) in 2005.Other energy resources began at 4.9%.Then it grew marginally of 3.2% in 2005.
