The pie charts represent many kinds of production of energy such as coal, petrol, nuclear and others in the years 1995 and 2005 in France. Overall, the charts show that while coal was used about 31 percent in 2005 which is higher than in 1995, petrol was used over 29 percent in 1995 which is about 11 percent higher than in 2005.
To begin with, in 1995, while gas was about 30 percent, it was slightly higher in 2005. Although petrol was just over 29, it went down in 2005 to about 10 percent. Other energy production materials were less than 5 percent, but it increased by around 4 percent in 2005.
Moreover, coal being one of the highest used in 1995 was still at its top in 2005. Although nuclear was one of the least used energy production, it went up by about 1.5 percent which was slightly over 10 percent.
