Whilst english being the highest spoken language, showed a decline in its share of speakers, whereas the least percent of non official languages showed a steady rise for the past 2 decades. Meanwhile, French maintained a steady rate of speakers with a slight decline.

In the year 1996, english was the major spoken language with a highest share of 60% but decreased continually for the rest of the years with 2 and 1 percent respectively and reached 57%.
