Overall, comparing two maps, there are significant changes with additional buildings and facilities, the harbour has become more commercial.
Looking at the 2000 harbour, there was only one dock and sole building for showers and toilets. There also used to be unused castle on southeast side and public beach on southern part of harbour.
Now, turning to the current plan, a additional showers and toilets are constructed on the western side, as well as a new road is linked with a southern car park. While, the location of Marina yatch and fishing boats are altered, a new dock is developed on the northern part of harbour to accommodate more passengers. On the southeast part , a disused castle is replaced by a hotel which is connnected to road by a small path, and the public beach is transformed into a private one for a guests. Furthermore, the cafes and shops are opened along the shore, but the position of public beach on the northeast, passsenger ferries on the central, and lifeboat on the right side of cafes and shops are unchanged.
