Here I observed two public parks when it first opened in 1920 and the same park today. I can show the clear difference in park which is opened in 1920 and the today’s park.
First of all I point out the similarities in both plans of park. Entrance gate is in the same position in today, above the Eldon street same as 1920 years. There are total two entrances one is above side and second one is it’s exactly opposite. The position of the one Rose garden is also same at the above left side corner.
Then comes to dissimilarities of plans. In 1920, there was a beautiful Fountain in the centre of Grange Park whereas if I talk about today’s Grange Park there is a Rose garden and around their small seats are present instead of Fountain. Water feature is also available in today’s Park. Stages for musicians is taken place inside the Park during 1920 but in current days, there is Amphitheatre for concerts is take place instead of stages for musicians.
Cafe is available in Grange Park today. Children’s play area is also available at the right side of the corner. Whereas during 1920, instead of Children’s play area, there was a Pond for water plants.
In conclusion, today’s Grange Park plans have more facilities are available for children and other public of the city. There is also Entrance underground car park is facilited to the public
