Two proposed designs of a community park that has been accessible to the masses since 1920 and its current layout is illustrated. Undoubtedly, significant changes were made from the reductions of two rose gardens and a glasshouse, the relocation of four seats, the removal of a pond and a fountain to the renovation of the musical stage, and adding of additional facilities such as a cafeteria, a playground, a pool area, and underground parking.
The 1920 perspective of Grange Park has its elements rounding up its vicinity. In the middle of the western area is the platform for musicians centered by two rose gardens and four seats across all four corners of the west. In the central area of the estate were the two entrances to the northern and southern regions giving access to the heart of the park where the fountain was located. On the eastern part, a glasshouse and seats were settled in the south and a pond for aquatic plants and a rose garden were positioned in the north.
Presently, distinct changes have been carried out in Grange Park. In the west, the flower garden in the lower area and all lounging places had been removed to give way for a bigger concert stadium. At the center, a rose garden has been placed with surrounding chairs. Moreover, a coffee shop, a play station, a water facility, and a parking area have been added.
