The two maps illustrate the main changes which have taken place in Beachwood Farm over 75 years.
Overall, it can be seen that Beachwood Farm has changed considerably, from a spacious area to a much denser area. There are some new modifications in the northeast and southeast areas, but most of the rest of the area remains the same.
One interesting change is that the sheep field on the northeast has been transformed into a new area that consists of a solar panel area and a camping field. Each of them has a parking area. The barn has been moved to the corner where the road crossed the river.
If we look at the northwest part of this farm, a new farm shop has been constructed in the same area as the fruit trees. Additionally, there is also a notable conversion that the trackway has been replaced with a modern road that cars can use.
