First of all, farmers grow cocoa trees in appropirate areas for its development, such as South America, Africa and Indonesia. Next, the cacao pods are harvested and they opened to remove the white cacao beans inside. Then, the beans are fermented by covering them in leaves and allow to dry in the sun for several days. After that, dried beans placed in large sacks and transported to the factory by train or lorry.
Following this, after taking to factory beans are roasted at 350 degrees. Then they crashed to remove outer shell removed. Finaly inner part pressed and manufacture liquid chocolate.
