The illustration illustrates the mass production process of coconut oil.
Typically, this process consists of ten steps, beginning with the harvesting of coconuts from trees and concluding with the delivery of the final products to consumers.
In the first stage, coconuts are collected from the trees at the right time, after which they are dehusked to extract the meat. The coconut meat is then grated into smaller pieces and weighed, dividing it into equal portions for convenience in the subsequent steps. Following this, the grated meat is spread out under the sun to dry.
Once the coconut meat is dried, it is pressed using a hydraulic press to extract the liquid. This is succeeded by a clarifying stage, where the liquid is heated to eliminate impurities and then filtered to ensure the highest quality.
Finally, the product is packaged in containers of various sizes before being transported for distribution, thus completing the production process.
