The image shows the process cycle of manufacturing recycled paper. At a glance, four steps are performed in order to get the final reuse paper product.
To begin with, the work starts with bringing the used non-filtered paper pulp in a box with the help of conveyor belt to be dropped in a chemical water container. Next step includes the filtration of the pulp, then the cleaned filtered paper is sent to the cleaning stage. In this step, the pulp from the previous work is placed in a vessel with water and soap mixture, then ink is added from a pipe into this container and air also is supplied from a pump to get a pristine pulp. Then the product is made to pass through the water and chemical vessel again before placing the paper pulp to the conveyor belt. Finally, the cleaned pulp is made to pass through a heated rollers where water gets drained out and paper is obtained, the paper is rolled and stored before sending out for delivery.
Overall, in the process the paper pulp was made to pass through the chemical water solution vessel two times for making the recycled paper.
