Dear sir/madam,

I am writing to explain the problem of the garbage collection system not working properly in our area. It has been weeks since the same procedure has been practiced, such as being irregular or not picking up the garbage from the colony. If we ever talk to them to collect it, they respond in an immature way.

Being irregular, it makes the bins fill completely, and there are houseflies all over the dustbins. Their smell is so unpleasant that no one can breathe easily. Secondly, small children are affected by these flies and mosquitoes. Last week, I became ill and had to take a day off from my work.

It would be a good idea if you could make them regular in collecting this junk from our colony. As a matter of fact, we pay them for their jobs, so we are the ones who should get these services properly. Furthermore, please make sure your workers speak politely.
