Overall the government was by far the most important means of generating funds and the least source of accumulation of money was other sources such as grants in both years. Majority of the financial resources obtained where largely spent on salaries and the least spending was one technology.
The national government was by far the largest means of generating funds in both 2017 and 2018, with money amounting to 175.5 million and 177.8 million pounds respectively. Other financial resources where obtained from the taxes that where collected locally, which stood to be the second best source of accumulating founds, with 91.2 million in 2017 and accumulated more in 2018 with a total outcome of 102.3 million pounds. The lowest funds were collected from other sources such as grants, which amounted to 38 million in 2017 and there was a slight increase Of 500,000 pounds in 2018.
With regards to how the funds where allocated, more resources where focused towards the payment of salaries which had a proportion of 75 in 2017 but was later reduced slightly by 6 percent in 2018. The lesser amount of money was allocated towards technological activities, which had a proportion of 8 in 2017 and later in 2018, it was seen that more funds were pumped into the sector and increased to 14 percent. On the part of building and transport, The amount of money pumped into this sector amounted to 17 percent of the overall generated financial resources in both years.
